Stéphane Sordet with his Sylphyo on the FestivAsax
Stéphane Sordet is a saxophonist specialist of music creation, also a professor of the Brest Conservatory. He is one of our artists who utilizes the unique relation between different movements and the Sylphyo’s sonic universes to have more expressiveness in his repertoire. He offers the audience a spectacle with new technologies and new sounds.
Stéphane uses the sylphyo in his classes to improve the learning process of his students, as he believes that Sylphyo is a fast way to start music. That has generated a lot of projects ideas like using Sylphyo to do musical therapy to children with language and/or speech disorders.
Stéphane will be participating in the next FestivAsax Festival and the Asax congress, which will take place from 17 to 20 October 2019 in Calais, France. His concerts will be held at the Auditorium Didier Lockwood at 11:30 a.m on Saturday, October 19, 2019.
He will also be giving a music creation masterclass, where he will make a Sylphyo demo, at the Departmental Conservatory of Calais between 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 19, 2019.
